The Vancouver Foundation of Art, Justice and Liberty is a non-profit Society registered under the Society Act of the Province of British Columbia. It was founded in Vancouver, B.C. in 1980.
The Foundation is dedicated to the advancement of education and to the relief of both material and spiritual poverty. The Foundation seeks to increase the knowledge and understanding of the heritage of art, justice and liberty, especially as they have developed from classical origins.
The Foundation aims to:
- Make grants, bursaries and scholarships available to those living in its general jurisdiction;
- Promote youth activities;
- Encourage and promote endeavours in the field of education, culture, justice and social betterment; and
- Promote the welfare of the needy and the relief of distress by social and other agencies
